Private equity firm Adenia Partners has announced two promotions in its leadership team.
Florent de Boissieu has been appointed chief investment officer (CIO). A long-standing member of the firm, De Boissieu has spent 14 years at Adenia leading its offices in Ghana, Madagascar, and South Africa, and steering successful investments across a wide range of sectors.
As CIO, he will play a pan-African role, supporting the firm’s partners in performing diligence on new investments, playing a leading role in the investment committee and sitting on the boards of investees.
Meanwhile, Mack Schow has been promoted to partner. “Since joining as head of investor relations in 2023, Schow has brought valuable insight and energy to our engagement with investors, spearheading governance, people management, reporting, and communications across our funds. As partner, he will continue to lead strategic initiatives that support the firm’s long-term vision,” the firm said in a statement.
