Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI), Africa’s largest alternative investment manager, acting through its subsidiary, African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM), has announced its joint venture partnership with Augment Infrastructure Partners, founded by Viktor Kats and Darius Lilaoonwala, to launch Augment Infrastructure Managers LLC.
