Africar Group, operator of the AUTO24.africa used car marketplace, has acquired Koto.ci, a new car price reference platform in Côte d’Ivoire.
Backed by Stellantis, AUTO24.africa currently operates in five African countries – Côte d’Ivoire, Morocco, South Africa, Senegal, and Rwanda – and continues to expand across the continent.
Africar Group is developing a digital automotive ecosystem intended to cover the full vehicle ownership cycle.
The acquisition of Koto.ci strengthens Africar Group’s model by adding a new vehicle pricing layer.
“We aim to support African car buyers throughout their entire journey – from research and comparison, to buying, financing, insuring, and now having full visibility on new car prices,” says Axel Peyriere, CEO of AUTO24.africa.
