Anthony Anziani joins AfricaWorks Investment Partners as co-founder and CIO

AfricaWorks Investment Partners (AWIP), the real estate investment arm of flexible workspace operator AfricaWorks, has announced Anthony Anziani as co-founder and chief investment officer.
Anziani has 15-plus years experience in real estate investment and operations across high-growth markets. Prior to AWIP, he worked for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in Abu Dhabi. He also and served as deputy CEO and board member of Newton Offices Espaces, where he co-built and scaled a multi-site serviced office platform to 10+ locations backed by KKR.
“At AWIP, Anthony leads investment strategy and capital allocation, portfolio construction, governance frameworks and investor reporting. His track record of building and institutionalising real estate operating platforms is a cornerstone of what we are aiming to create across African growth markets,” the firm said in a statement.
