South African digital payments gateway Peach Payments, a Apis portfolio company, has agreed to acquire West-African payments platform PayDunya. The deal marks its first entry into French-speaking West Africa, following earlier expansions into Eswatini (2024), Mauritius (2021) and Kenya (2018).
