Private Equity Deal of the Year 2021Exit by Actis and the Moukarim family of Mouka The disposal of the Nigerian mattresses and bedding products manufacturer and distributer by Actis and Faiz Moukarim family to Development Partners International and Moroccan mattress maker Uni Confor Africa (Dolidol) was announced in December 2021. The US$60 million deal is set to create a pan-African leader.
