DPI receives investment from US pension fund
During the Philadelphia Board of Pensions and Retirement Investment Committee Meeting on 3 December 2020, a motion was made and properly seconded to accept the recommendation for a commitment of $50 million into Development Partners International’s (DPI) African Development Partners Fund III, L.P. (DPI – ADP III FD). The approved recommendation was for commitments of $25 million directly into DPI ADP III and (up to) $25 million in the DPI ADP III co-investment vehicle (top-up fund).
ADP III is DPI’s third fund under management. DPI manages over $1.7 billion of assets across three private equity funds and has invested in 22 portfolio companies operating across 29 countries.
