FyreFem Fund Managers in South African industrials deal

A consortium consisting of FyreFem Fund Managers and IA Heating Systems has acquired South African temperature measurement solutions company Endress+Hauser Pyrotemp.

FyreFem is a 100% women-owned South African fund manager which focuses on investments in SMEs.

IA Heating Systems is a family-owned business and a supplier of heating-related products, systems and alloys, including metallic heating elements, resistance heating wire and strips.

According to a statement by the company, Endress+Hauser Pyrotemp, previously owned by Endress+Hauser Wetzer GmbH+Co.KG (Germany), will trade under the Pyrotemp brand from the date of ownership transfer.
