The Ghana Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (GVCA) and Nova Business School Africa, in partnership with the Ghana Investment Support Programme (GhISP), are bringing together aspiring professionals and industry practitioners for a Career Masterclass and Talent Pipeline Discovery Session this November.
The session will explore what it takes to build a career in private equity, venture capital or impact investing, what skills investment firms look for, and how to make the transition from another profession.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn from professionals already working in the industry, gain practical insights into how investment firms operate, take part in a mini-investment challenge and share what would help them enter the sector.
The session is aimed at those exploring their first role or considering a career change.
