The International Finance Corporation has disclosed a proposed equity co-investment of up to US$8 million in The Courier Guy (TCG), a courier, express, and parcel company in South Africa, focused on last-mile logistics.
The co-investment will be made through a Mauritius investment vehicle alongside Adenia Fund V.
The investment will be managed by Adenia Partners. The fund manager is co-led by Antoine Delaporte, Alexis Caude, and Stephane Bacquaert.
