IFC proposes co-investment in telecom industry service provider
The IFC has disclosed a proposed equity co-investment of up to $12 million in Netis. The co-investment will be made through a Mauritius investment vehicle alongside Amethis Fund II.
Netis is a turnkey service provider for telecom networks, including installation and maintenance services for mobile network operators, telecom tower companies, fibre optics players and original equipment manufacturers.
Netis is headquartered in Morocco and with operations in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa (Ghana, Togo, Uganda, Gabon, Tanzania, Nigeria, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Niger, DRC, Ethiopia and Benin).
