IFC proposes investment in Actis fund
The International Finance Corporation has disclosed a proposed equity investment in the Actis Energy 6 Fund.

The International Finance Corporation has disclosed a proposed equity investment of up to $100 million, along with a co-investment envelope of $100 million, in the Actis Energy 6 Fund.
The fund has a $6 billion target to invest in power generation, electricity transmission and distribution, and other energy-related and/or distribution businesses.
The fund will invest across growth markets, including Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe.
