Inside Capital Partners has announced an investment in Hautes Études Pratiques Internationales (HEPI), the education platform behind Vatel Madagascar, a provider of hospitality and tourism management programmes in Madagascar.
The investment will support HEPI’s ambition to scale its platform through the development of a new campus, the expansion of academic offerings, and a continued focus on practical, market-aligned education.
Nirina Rajaonary, principal at Inside Capital Partners, commented: “We are proud to partner with HEPI at this pivotal stage of its development. This investment reflects our conviction that strengthening human capital and employability through high-quality education in Madagascar is one of the most powerful drivers of long-term economic growth. We look forward to supporting the team in expanding programmes and reinforcing governance.”
Faly Ramakavelo, founder and CEO of HEPI, added: “From our first discussions, I felt that Inside positions itself as a true partner. They provide not only capital but also strategic support that will enable us to accelerate our vision. This partnership will help us strengthen our platform to serve more Malagasy students, providing them with a world-class education and solid career paths, and also allow us to contribute, in our own way, to the development of our country.”
