Selected from a highly talented pool of applicants from across South Africa’s private capital ecosystem, these 10 individuals stood out for their leadership potential, ambition, professional excellence, and commitment to shaping the future of the industry.
Being chosen for the Fellowship is no small achievement. The calibre of applications received made for a rigorous adjudication process, with our panel faced with the difficult task of identifying those who demonstrated not only strong technical capability, but also the potential to lead, influence, and drive meaningful impact.
Over the next 11 months, the Fellows will embark on a structured and transformative development journey comprising formal learning content with industry technicalities, structured mentorship engagements, collaborative cohort-based work, and continuous reflective practice designed to support both professional capability-building and personal growth.
As the inaugural class, they will also play an important role in shaping the legacy of the SAVCA Fellowship and setting the standard for future cohorts.
To our Fellows: congratulations on this well-deserved achievement. Being selected for the Fellowship is a significant achievement and a recognition of your potential, commitment, and readiness to grow as a leader.
