Varounen Goinden has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Intercontinental Trust Ltd (ITL), effective 1st January 2025. This strategic appointment underscores our commitment to operational excellence and client-focused innovation as we celebrate our 25th year anniversary.
Varounen brings exceptional strengths to this role with his extensive experience in managing global regulated entities across Mauritius, India, and Africa, his deep expertise in fund administration and private equity and strategic leadership capabilities.
As we are grateful to Tommy Lo - who has been instrumental in our growth journey and will continue to serve as Director - we are confident that under Varounen's leadership, we will continue to strengthen our position as your trusted partner.
