We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kesaven Moothoosamy as a Director of Intercontinental Trust Ltd, effective January 2024.
Kesaven has a successful history with ITL, having spearheaded responsibilities with brilliance in the fund administration and capital markets advisory arenas in the past. We are thrilled that the talent we groomed a decade ago is coming back home with a bonus: an innovative mindset, fresh new ideas and enhanced leadership capabilities to help us consolidate our domestic as well as regional footprint and build on our strong track record of delivering enhanced value to our clients and partners.
Kesaven is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the Mauritius Financial Services industry. His rich expertise spans across fund structuring and administration, investment evaluation and cross border structuring, strategic transaction advisory to business valuation, deal origination, negotiation and execution, equity/debt capital raising, M&A and listing on Securities Exchanges. Kesaven has been a founding executive director of Perigeum Capital Ltd, the first licensed corporate finance advisory firm in Mauritius, and is presently a board member on various SEM-listed companies and investment holding companies in Mauritius. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (FCCA), a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) and member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MoD).
