The Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) has unconditionally approved the proposed acquisition of sole control of Ramco Plexus, a packaging and printing company, by Ramco Inc.

The proposed transaction involves the exit of private equity firm Amethis from Ramco Plexus.

Amethis acquired a stake in Ramco Plexus in 2014.
