ToumAI, a Morocco-based AI technology company, has raised €1 million in its pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Launch Africa, with participation from Madica Ventures, Orange Ventures, Digital Africa, and GO Ventures, alongside other backers.
This funding will empower ToumAI to accelerate its mission of delivering personalised, adaptive, and sustainable customer experience (CX) solutions across diverse markets worldwide, starting with Africa's unique multicultural landscape.
HolistiCX, ToumAI's suite of AI-first CX solutions, transcends multilingual support by enabling businesses to adapt customer interactions based on generational preferences, emotional profiles, and communication channels.
“This fundraising is a significant milestone for ToumAI,” said Odin Demassieux, chief executive officer of ToumAI. “Our Compound AI systems are designed to empower enterprises with adaptable, energy-efficient solutions that transform CX. With this investment, we’re excited to scale our technology and make our vision of HolistiCX a global reality.”
“Emerging markets and diverse societies demand CX solutions that can adapt to their unique complexities,” noted Uwem Uwemakpan, head of investments at Launch Africa. “ToumAI’s innovative approach to Holistic CX is setting a new standard for how businesses can engage meaningfully with their customers. We’re proud to support their journey.”
