Mauritius’ removal from EU Blacklist proclaimed
It’s official!
Mauritius’ removal from the European Commission’s List of High Risk Third Countries (commonly referred to as the “EU Blacklist”) has been proclaimed further to the publication of the amended Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1675 (the “Regulation”) in the Official Journal of the European Union on 21 February 2022.
The Regulation will enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union i.e. on the 13th March 2022.
