The International Finance Corporation is considering an equity investment of up to $7 million in Moroccan proptech startup Yakeey.
Founded in 2023 by Karim Beqqali, Yakeey develops digital tools for the real estate sector, including an online marketplace for property transactions.
Its shareholders include the founder’s holding company, several family offices, venture capital firms, and a handful of angel investors. The company is currently raising a Series A round to support product development and growth.
Yakeey’s headquarters are in Casablanca, which remains its main market, though it plans to expand internationally.
