AfricInvest has invested in Unisystem Group, a Morocco-based provider of electronic security, digital infrastructure and energy solutions, as the company undertakes a strategic reorganisation to strengthen its market position and support future growth. As part of the restructuring, the group has established USG Technologies, a new holding company that will oversee its various entities and drive expansion into high-potential business segments.
Founded and led by chairman and CEO Ali Bettahi, Unisystem Group is active across several technology sectors through its subsidiaries:

Unisystem Energy, an integrator of smart energy solutions, specialising in photovoltaics and energy efficiency;
FS Systems, a player in digital, audiovisual, and interactive technology solutions; and
Omni Security System, a distributor of security solutions for the protection of sensitive sites.

This partnership and its value creation objectives are fully aligned with AfricInvest’s mission to drive technological innovation, digital transformation, and long-term sustainable growth in Africa."
