North Africa: Global Ventures closes first fund at $50m
Dubai-based venture capital (VC) firm Global Ventures, which invests in the Middle East and North Africa, has closed its first fund at $50 million, according to a MENAbytes report.
Global Ventures is a growth-focused VC firm, targeting enterprise technology investments.
"Our target investments span a wide range of sectors. What they have in common is that they are revenue-generating companies that are leaders in their space, and are immensely scalable," says the company on its website.
