Partial exit for Inside Capital

Private equity firm Inside Capital has partially sold its stake in Mauritius-based renewable energy company Reneworld to Eclosia Group. Eclosia is a family business founded in 1966 with a presence in Africa and the Indian Ocean islands.

Founded in 2012, Reneworld offers a range of renewable energy products and energy efficiency solutions to the public, residential, and industrial commercial sectors in Mauritius.

Inside Capital is an independent private equity investor supporting SMEs in Southeast Africa that operate in impactful sectors. The company has invested close to $35m through its first fund, Inside Equity Fund.
