PE firm INMA Holding in education deal
INMA Holding, a private equity firm dedicated to Tunisian SMEs, has announced the acquisition of a strategic stake in Les Écoles Idéales and will play a key role in its new development phase.
Les Écoles Idéales Group was founded in 1998 by Mourad and Asma Ghalleb who aimed to offer quality private education in the Cap Bon region. Initially focused on middle and high school students mainly in the Nabeul/Dar Chaabane area, the group has grown significantly over the years, covering all grades of primary and secondary education and gradually increasing its footprint to other areas and cities in the Cap Bon.
INMA Holding’s investment in Les Écoles Idéales will help reinforce school capacity, particularly through the opening of a new high school in Nabeul built to welcome 600 students, offering all sections and streams (mathematics, science, technology computer science, economics and literature). The investment will also finance the opening of other primary schools, mainly located in the Cap Bon region, and strengthen the e-learning offering. Meanwhile, the group will expand its educational offering with the launch of International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes.
