The PwC Deals team is pleased to have acted as the exclusive sell-side M&A advisor to Development Partners International (DPI), in its disposal of a 100% shareholding in International Facilities Services.

The team provided comprehensive M&A advisory services and value creation guidance to DPI as well as financial and tax vendor due diligence to International Facilities Services, which culminated in DPI’s successful exit to a consortium controlled by Phatisa and ES-KO.

The transaction is subject to standard regulatory conditions precedent being fulfilled.
