PwC advises on DPI’s investment in Ukheshe International

PwC is proud to have acted as financial and tax due diligence advisor to Development Partners International (DPI) on its recent investment in Ukheshe Group.

On 7 December 2022, DPI and its investment partner Fireball Capital announced the investment in the banking-as-a-service provider.

Ukheshe was founded in 2018 with an aim to improve financial inclusion across emerging and developed markets both in Africa and further afield. The business has scaled rapidly since inception, and currently serves over 100 customers across the banking, fintech and mobile telecoms sectors.

PwC assisted DPI with financial and tax due diligence and business integrity review services on the transaction.
