We’re proud to share that PwC provided Deals support on the transactions that won awards in three of the four categories at this year’s DealMakers SA Awards.

These transactions are:

• Brunswick Deal of the Year: Valterra Platinum transaction

• Catalyst Private Equity Deal of the Year: Norfund and Mahlako Financial Services investment in Anthem

• Business Rescue & Turnaround Transaction of the Year: Langeberg & Ashton Foods transaction
