Registered users: refresh your account to access our new features
Thank you for downloading the latest version of our app – if not yet, please update in your app store. Now we need to ensure all your profile information is up to date. Let’s do this:
1. Access to your existing account: All your information data is still safely stored on our server, but it requires an update.
WHERE TO START: Go to the app home screen and tap the round orange icon at the top right-hand of your mobile device’s screen. The ’My Account’ page will open and you can enter your email address; remember you will need to ask for a new password, therefore please tap ’Forgot Password’.
TIP: If you’ve forgotten which email you used or want to update your email address, you are welcome to open a brand new account. Tap ’Sign Up’ and follow the prompts.
2. Refresh your profile information: We’ve added additional fields to serve you better and help you connect with like-minded members in your sector and areas of interest.
WHERE TO START: Log in with your new password, tap on your name in the top line below ’My Account’ for the ’Edit Profile’ page to open. Next select ’Edit’ in the top right-hand corner. Once you have completed all the fields (compulsory), inserted a profile picture and taken note of our T&Cs, press ’DONE’. That is it.
