RMB Ventures has announced the appointment of Amina Pahad as CEO, effective 1 January 2026. She succeeds Andrew Aitken, who will remain with the business as a senior partner.
Since joining RMB in 2005, Pahad has originated, executed, and managed transactions across diverse sectors.
