Secha Capital has announced its recent hire of Nina Verder as principal and operator-investor.
Verder has a background in private equity and M&A, adept at strategic planning, fundraising, and deal origination.
At Verder International in the Netherlands, Verder played a pivotal role in building the M&A pipeline and implementing efficiency projects. At Rede Partners in London, she contributed to impactful fundraises and facilitated GP-led transactions, showcasing analytical prowess and strategic acumen. At Diana Capital in Spain, she honed skills in predictive modelling and deal preparation, reflecting a commitment to excellence in the finance sector.
Verder has a masters in financial management from Vrijie Universiteit.
Verder is supporting the Secha team in sourcing and deal-making; the bulk of her time will be as CXO of a Secha portfolio company.
