South Africa: Kleoss Capital says it will exit restaurant chains

Kleoss Capital, a South African mid-capital private equity investment manager, has indicated on LinkedIn it is preparing to exit the Kauai and Nü chains of healthy fast-casual restaurants.

Gym operator Virgin Active has entered into binding agreements to merge the nutrition assets of Real Foods (namely Kauai and Nü) into Virgin Active South Africa. A substantial number of Kauai and Nü stores are currently operated within Virgin Active gyms.
