SPE Capital announces new partner
SPE Capital has announced the promotion to partner of Ahmed El Oraby. Ahmed joined in 2020 as a principal and is based in Cairo.
Ahmed brings a depth of experience to SPE Capital, in private equity, strategy consulting and finance. He joined from Ezdehar Management, where he led transactions in the financial services, transportation, healthcare and industrial sectors. Prior to that, Ahmed was an executive director at JP Morgan, based in New York, where he served as a principal investor and portfolio strategist in the bank’s chief investment office.
Ahmed began his career as a strategy consultant with Booz & Company, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from the American University in Cairo, Egypt.
