XRP Healthcare Africa partners with The Burnratty Investment Group

XRP Healthcare Africa has partnered with The Burnratty Investment Group in an effort to consolidate the fragmented African healthcare market, starting with mergers and acquisitions of small and medium-sized private healthcare businesses in Uganda.

FasterCapital, led by investor Hesham Zreik, has pledged to support the partnership in raising capital for the M&A activities.

The Burnratty Investment Group, chosen for its expertise in East Africa’s healthcare landscape and ambitious plans for the continent, will work with XRP Healthcare Africa to maximise profits and shareholder value. As a result of the partnership, XRP Healthcare has added seven new team members to facilitate legal formalities, frameworks, and expert healthcare advice.
