Affirma Capital and StonePine ACE Partners have jointly agreed to invest $20 million for a significant minority stake in Nerhadou International for Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals, one of the largest and fastest growing nutraceutical and pharmaceutical players and a pioneer oral dispersible film (ODF) manufacturer in Egypt.
