Atlas Mara Limited, the sub-Saharan African financial services group, has announced that its subsidiary, ABC Holdings Limited (ABCH), has entered into definitive agreements with Access Bank Plc for the sale of ABCH’s holdings in African Banking Corporation Botswana (BancABC Botswana).
