Abidjan-based KeysFinance Partners, through its investment vehicle Nouvelle Société Impact (NSI), has acquired a 100% shareholding in Label, a company involved in the integration of Sage solutions in Côte d'Ivoire.
Label will be merged with Impact, another NSI portfolio company. Impact is a major player in IT engineering and consulting in Côte d'Ivoire and the broader region. This merger with Impact doubles the size of the consolidated group.
The combined asset will be led by Mohamed Diabi, current managing director of Impact, who will continue driving the group's growth strategy.
“This acquisition represents a major milestone in creating a regional champion in business management solutions and supporting our clients in their digital transformation,” said Diabi.
Jean-Michel Ette, managing director of KeysFinance Partners, added: “By bringing together Label and Impact, we are strengthening our investment strategy in high-potential technology SMEs to create even more value for our investors.”
