Helios Investment Partners, acting on behalf of funds it advises, has acquired majority stakes in Maroc Datacenter (MDC), a carrier neutral data centre in Morocco, and in IXAfrica Data Centre Limited, a developer and operator of hyperscale-ready data centres in Kenya.
